    Hallo,

    ich kann die Dateien .jpg nicht öffnen und herunterladen. Was mache ich falsch?

    Es kommt die Fehlermeldung:

    "Mit dieser XML-Datei sind anscheinend keine Style-Informationen verknüpft. Nachfolgend wird die Baum-Ansicht des Dokuments angezeigt."

    I cannot open and download the datas .jpg. I need them! What make I wrong?

    The Mistake-Message is

    Hi LikeIt,

    First of all, thank you for using JotForm.

     

    The problem goes like this, you have deleted the submissions made by your clients, and this gives you the error message when trying to access those submissions. In order for you to access submitted images or files, do not delete them from your JotForm account. Always remember that the files submitted are stored in JotForm's database and your form is just the bridge for you to gather information from your clients.

    Das Problem geht so, haben Sie die Beiträge von Ihren Kunden aus gelöscht, unddas gibt Ihnen die Fehlermeldung bei dem Versuch, jene Einreichungen zugreifen.Damit Sie eingesandten Bilder oder Dateien zugreifen, löschen Sie sie nicht von Ihrem JotForm Konto. Denken Sie immer daran, dass die Dateien in JotForm der Datenbank gespeichert sind und Ihre Form ist nur die Brücke für Sie Informationenvon Ihren Kunden zu sammeln.

    Hi JotForm,

    I haven't delete anything. Every data is still in my account. The only thing I have made, is that I have donloaded ths excel datas od csv Data. No more.

    Hi,

    I've tried replicating your issue on our end. I've downloaded the images from your form via email and JotForm itself and it worked fine. I do believe that the error you've mentioned earlier is obtained when you're trying to upload the data that have been deleted. If you could provide us additional details or information regarding your concern, such as screenshots, that would be great.
