I only use the free version of jotform, it's just a one time use (at least for now, can't speak of the future) where I doubt I'll ever need more than 100 submissions, but I accidentally used the secure submission link and my 10 ssl submissions are now filled, I got the warning email but then I got another saying my account will be disabled. I really don't need the paid features, I've already switched the link into the non-secure version.
Can I keep my forms working? Pretty please? I didn't realise there was a 10 ssl submission limit until I got the warning message today btw.

I have reseted the submission count. Do note this is a one time exception, do make sure to use the non-secure (standard) forms. Please log in to your account and verify the change.
Do let us know if you need further assistance. Thank you.

Thanks a lot! Just a hint, whenever someone uses the free version, you could remind them of the 10 submissions limit when they check the secure link option. Thanks for your great service again!

@Rygar I've reset the counter in your account. Please have in mind this can be done only once in lifetime per account.
