Account issues SSL overlimitAsked by vipartistservices on April 13, 2014 at 04:46 PM
I still have over 80 free submissions left. It is saying my forms have ran out because ive used 10 SSL forms. But none of my forms are secured. Could you exlplain this to me please.
For this time only, I have resetted your SSL count to zero(0) to have the account re-activated. It was previously at 10 SSL already.
The only way for SSL submissions to accumulate is if the forms were being used with secure URL (https). You can check this in your embedded form or the links you give to your form.
Should you require to continue using SSL, you can upgrade also to paid plans to have more limits.
Hope this help. Inform us if you need further assistance.
