Unable to view signature from the Notifications email

I tested a form to myself before I start using my created form. I signed it and emailed to me but the email I get back is a summary and looks to be okay. However, the two signature spaces appeared only with a blue "?" in the field. I cannot open them. I have tried right-clicking, etc. NOTHING. Pleaser advise. I am working on a Mac and using Safari.

    Hi,

You will be able to view the signature if you view the submissions on your Jotform account. You can click on 'view all submissions" hyperlink below the Email Notificaitions.

After clicking on that, you will be prompted to the Jotform Tables. All the submissions from a specific form will be stored here in an Excel file format. The signature will show as well.

Another option to view signatures and data from a submission is going to your Jotform Inbox.

Additionally, you can also enable the option to attach the PDF file of the submission on the Notification and Autoresponder email. In that way, you will also be able to view the signatures on the submission from the PDF file from your email and not have to log in to your Jotform account. SETTINGS > EMAILS > NOTIFICATIFICATIONS > ADVANCED > PDF ATTACHMENT ON.
