Form Looks All MisalignedAsked by lmlakeland on April 13, 2014 at 10:50 PM
In preview my form looks fine, but when I add it to my page, all the labels and fields are all over the place. Also the fields themselves look different widths, but they don't in preview.
I did check your form and found that the "Address" and "Project details" field appears to be not aligned properly. That is because the width f your form is too small and label of these two fields automatically are aligned top. There are two options to solve this problem:
1. Increase the width of your form to 409 from 400 and that should solve your problem.
2. Change the question label to align on top for all fields and that will also make your form look good.
Please take a look at the following cloned form and see if this look fine: http://www.jotformpro.com/form/41031798377966? Feel free to clone this form for a closer look. The following guide should help you in form cloning: http://www.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL
Hope this helps.
