Can't SAVE changed form in new version - Also, Error Message is mispelled!

Asked by llee2@ on April 15, 2010 at 12:44 PM

I have logged in to JotForm and clicked on Edit for a contest that I created in the old version... when I make any changes, I go to click SAVE and NOTHING happens. In the bottom left of IE, it says "Error on Page." Same happens when I click SHARE.

Also, on our forms that are currently live on our site, when a user hits the SUBMIT button and required fields are filled in, the error message that appears is mispelled - it says, "There are incomple field in your form. Please complete them."

Nope, still not working and I have IE 8... here is the error message details:

    Webpage error details

    Char: 1390
    Code: 0
    URI: http://www.jotform.com/min/g=formBuilder_en-US?3.0.943

I also cannot click on SHARE to see source codes on any of my forms.  And, for some reason I could not post a response to this question - I could only edit my original post???

We fixed the save button on IE. Can you shift refresh the site and try again? We are testing it on IE7 and IE8 and do not get this save error.

    Fixed the spelling mistake.
