Why I'm unable to clone existing form?

Asked by ElstonConsulting on April 14, 2014 at 04:05 AM

I want to clone an existing form to a new account, http://form.jotformpro.com/form/40785775776979

(as a workaround for changing my username).

However, when I copy and paste the URL, the following error message appears:

No form found on the page. Please check the source code you provided.

    Please can you explain this?

    Many thanks

    What is wrong?

    Best regards.
