I am a resident where a RA has been formed. I have been questioning their protocolls etc.. and have discovered they do not have a constitution. They collect money and they do have an AGM. But how decissions are mede etc. is absolutly unclear. There is a amenity lands company involved BUT the RA is communicating to all residents that they hold the powers and discretion how to exercise the Amenity Lands Companys covenants. Can they legaly do this without a constitution???
Please advice or is there anywhere someone I could get some advice from? I think the situation leaves a lot of space of abuse!!!!
