I created a registration form for a workshop and then the limit of 100 free registrations seemed to be reached (which it wasn't, because there is only about 17 registrations confirmed). Anyway I upgraded my account and paid 10 dollars, so that more people can enroll, but now the login is not working and I'm losing the people who are trying to enroll for the workshop and are said that the seminar was full. It's very urgent. Please let me know what to do. Thanks a lot, Alzbeta Strnadova.

This form is created under a guest account, so even though you upgraded in another account it is necessary for us to move this form to the registered account. Guest accounts have smaller limits than the free plans so probably this is why you are getting this issue.
Please provide us the paid account username or email so we can move your forms into that account.

thanks for the reply. The trouble is that I just clicked on "upgrade" and paid, received an upgrade confirmation e-mail, but no login information. The link to "my account" asks for login info and the "forgotten password" button is not working. So I don't know how to access my account. But the money hasn't got cut down from my bank account yet, so I guess I'll just register again and then cancel the first payment, if it appears on my bill.
Thanks for the help anyway.

Oh, and if it's possible to transfer my old form to my paid account, it would be brilliant. The login is stbetty and the e-mail is email@example.com.

Upon your request, I have transferred forms from your guest account to your account "stbetty".
Do check and get back to us if you do not see forms in your account.
