Where did all of my submission form data go when I receive their submission contact info in my email?Asked by drnoble14 on April 14, 2014 at 10:44 AM
During a test run, I entered a fake name & lot of data that was created in Jot Forms (currently active on my website), but when I receive the email with the submission's contact info, it doesn't show anything other than their name and number.
How do I modify it so that I can actually read that data??
Upon checking your form's notification email, I found that the several form fields are missing in your email template. That is the reason why you do not receive them in your submission emails.
Please be noted that when you edit your form's notification email alert, it becomes dirty. That means after editing the notification email template, any changes you make in your form will not be reflecting in the email alert and you will have to manually make the changes in your email template as well.
The most convenient way to solve this problem is to delete your notification and add a new one. When you add a new notification alert, you will see that all question of your form will match with the notification fields.
Here is a guide to help you delete the notification: http://www.jotform.com/help/132-How-to-Delete-Notifications-Autoresponder

Thank you very much!
