We lose connection to our form almost every Monday morning.

    We use jotform so that our clients and staff can sign in and out.  Except for the previous 2 Mondays, the system has a glitch in which we lose connection to jotform almost every Monday morning without fail--kind of a frustrating way to start the week.  Do you do some sort of updates at this time??  This week my conditions are suddenly functioning differently, even though none of us made any changes in the last few weeks!  :(  I've adjusted it now, so it's working, but this is frustrating!

     

    I'm attaching the link to our staff sign in and out, but please select "Other" if you test it, as this is how I run payroll!

    Hello,

    Please elaborate a little bit on the mannar through which you lose connection - I notice you use Jotform URL's almost entirely - so a loss of connection is very unlikely - Have you integrated Jotform with your system somehow? Please advice.

    You provided a link to the problematic form - is it the same form that is showing the changes?

    We do not make any changes to user forms - so if this happened without your knowledge- it is cause for concern.

    You can check your form revision history and pick out any changes that might have been made by following this guide

    You can also monitor your account activity by checking your account history, which will give you a broad perspective of what is happening to your account.
