How do I downgrade my account back to the free version?

    My event will finish soon and I will no longer need the premium service at the end of my current billing period. How can I schedule a downgrade so I am not charged again?

    Hello pmallet,

    Your account is supposed to be renewed on Apr 24, 2014. If you are certain that you will not need the premium subscription after this date, you can cancel your subscription right way. Your account will remain premium for the time you have already paid and it will downgrade to free after that,

    Do get back to us if you would like use to cancel your subscription and we will do the needful.

    Hello pmallet,

    Upon checking your account, I found that you have successfully cancelled your subscription already. You will not be billed again and your account will be downgraded to free on April 25, 2014.
