Free plan - 100 submissions or 10??

I currently have the free plan which states 100 submissions, but now I just received an email stating that I only have 10. Someone please tell me what is going on?

Hello,

Yes, you have 100 submissions on a free plan.

But you have 10 secure submissions- meaning that the manner through which you have shared the form is by using a https:// link or an SSL enabled embed script/code as shown in this guide.

You can review the limitations of the free plan on this page.

To use the 100 submissions, please re-share the form, only this time exclude the secure link/secure embed code option - such that your form will be on a http:// link/ or the embed script will not have the secure option checked.

It is not a secured link. It is an embedded link that I needed to input into my website. Can you please review the html, and let me know if it still secure or not??

I checked your website on this link and I saw that the form is embedded without a secure embed code - which means you should not be accumulating secure submissions.

I did a test submission - and your normal submission counter responded - so I'm not sure we currently have a bug that could be accumulating your SSL submission count.

I have reset your SSL limit, and would like to monitor your account if the error persists so that we can investigate the cause.

If you get a notification that you have exceeded the 10SSL submission limit - please let us know right away and we will check the cause of the issue.
