Recipient email does no work.

    I have four application forms designed in JotForm.  I love the simplicity in design but beyond that I'm really disappointed.  I follow the steps to set up the recipient email but it does not work.  Everyone gets sent to my personal email which is the default shown in the settings.  Help is practically impossible because I can't converse with someone through chat or phone.  Really disappointed.  Will have to code my own form using dreamweaver.
