Form Rejecting JPG Files

    When trying to upload a jpg file to the form, I am receiving an error message that jpg files are not allowed. Go back and try again. See attached screenshot for details.

    Hi,

    I test submitted your form http://www.jotformpro.com/form/41009381592958 and uploaded a jpg  file

    AND it was successfully uploaded. The thank you page of the form was this

    If you checked your form submissions you will see my test submission on it.

    Usually, the issue you mentioned can happen only if the file being uploaded is not the actual file format base on its file extension name.  

    Example, if the file was actually testfile.pdf and was only renamed to testfile.jpg -- the form upload field will be able to recognized also the original file type, so, it will not allow this file even if it have the extension name correctly.

    same issue here and it happens with ACTUAL JPG files
