where are my forms going?

I have made a form and linked it to my website, but where do the forms go when someone filles one out?

and I cannot get into my account. I don't remember if it was guest or not. I thought I had an account. If not, how is this form working and where are they going when somone fills one out?

Yes this form is associated with a guest account. I have now moved this form to your account and you should be able to check the submissions records. You can also check form's notification email alert to find out which email address is used to send submission emails.
