My account currently states that it is over quota, but when I go to the submissions for each form in the account, my submissions are there for a brief second, but then disappear and I am not able to clear the account.
Please assist in clearing the account so that I can use the form again.

Your account is over quota as you have utilized 106.35 MB of upload storage space. I have activated your account and now you should be able to delete your submission. Please ensure that you free up upload storage space by deleting submissions with file attachment.
