Email notification

    Hi

    I have a form which is a patient information form for a dentist. The problem is that this dentist has 2 surgeries. I need the form to be emailed to the surgery tat has been selecte in the form I have a field to select which surgery they will be visiting. How can I direct the emai to the selected surgery?

    Yes it is possible to achieve your requirement. You can take advantage of our "Conditions" feature to send submission email to specific email address based on user selection.
