E signature color change

HI,

I have the e signature feature on my form. However, the signature's color is white in the emails recieved and you can't see it. Can you change the color at all? if so, how?

Upon cloning your form and checking the email alerts, I noticed incorrect tags being used. The tag for the first e-signature is actually {signature18}, not {signature8}

To ensure that the correct tags are being used when editing email alerts, use the Form Fields menu instead of manually typing the tags:

In addition to the above, e-signatures are rendered in notifications as images. Therefore, if images are disabled in your email service the e-signatures won't be displayed.

Once the tags are correct and images are enabled in your email, the e-signatures should appear in the same color as on the form.
