Modification de texte changent la fonctionnement du formulaire (mauvais lien vers page)

Bonjour,

j'ai créé 2 formulaires identiques dont voici les liens :

1 - https://secure.jotformeu.com/form/41032843143343
2 - https://secure.jotformeu.com/form/41041840535345

les 2 forumlaires ont la même base. sur le 2, j'ai voulu faire des modifications de texte, mais après enregistrements, ces modifications ont entrainés des dysfonctionnements. (les liens vers certaines pages ne sont plus bons, alors que la page indiquée est bien la bonne)

From my understanding (unfortunately, I don't speak French), you cloned https://secure.jotformeu.com/form/41041840535345 and in the clone (https://secure.jotformeu.com/form/41041840535345) after editing text in a field (or fields) to which conditions are attached, the conditions no longer work. (Upon testing the functionality of both forms I can see that clicking Suivant [Next] on page 2 of Form 1 does indeed direct to a different page than in Form 2.) However, the forms have several conditions (47). Could you specify exactly which of them are not working correctly?

Perhaps some of my colleagues who understand French would be better suited to deal with this. Nevertheless, still specify which conditions don't work correctly and we'll see how best we can assist you.
