I've been using Jotform for a while now and I love it, great service!! BUT in the past week I have missed two appointments due to having not received my form submission email. The auto responders and thank you's have been sent to my clients but not to me.
It made me a no show twice this week because I never received an email. This has never happened before. Do you know of any potential issues that would have caused this?
I have since added two more email addys to my form submission thinking it may be my hosting company, hopefully it works.

Have you looked on your Spam/Junk/Mail folder for the missing emails? I looked up our mail server logs for information about messages sent to your email address and I got the following:
This means that the messages are sent successfully. If you can't find the mails in you spam folders, then most likely, the problem lies on your mail server's end.

It does seem to be the fault of my host, I think that by adding additional emails addys I can add a safety net.

You're very much welcome. Also, I advise you to add an an email address from webmail providers, such as the ever reliable Gmail.
