I think I have mistakingly cancelled payment for my account. How do I check this ?
Also, I dont accept any more than 1,000 submissions any more, how do I downgrade from Professional to Premium account ?
Its very important that I do not lose any data from my submissions.Page URL:

I have answered your question in the last thread that you have opened. Please have your Professional subscription cancelled first before subscribing again to Premium.
If you paid using credit card, please provide the email address you used in your billing information so we can go ahead and cancel the Professional subscription for you.
