How can I add a specific section to the form?

Asked by lmulanaxgracebaptistcantoncom on April 15, 2014 at 01:44 PM

On our written registration form for our Sports & Arts Camp, we have a waiver for them to sign. How can I add that to the form?

Also, we have listed sports that are available. How can I add a section that describes the sports and specifies any requirements?

This form is not yet on our web because it is not complete so I do not have a url.

You can use our Free Text HTML field:

If its a long line of texts, you can add this widget to your form to automatically add a scrolling: http://widgets.jotform.com/widget/scrollable_text

    Or, use this widget: http://widgets.jotform.com/widget/scroll_terms

We've moved your second question to a new thread, check it here: https://www.jotform.com/answers/362963
