I created a multipayment option in my form accourding to "How to Create a Basic Multiple Payment form" in the JotForm Forum but I can't get rid of a unknown field that keeps showing up in both my payment options field. Can you help, FYI JotForm crashed (JotForm Error - Offline) several times while I was building my payment forms.

    See my Form: http://www.jotform.com//?formID=40791136981965

    Thanks for any help.

    Second question:

Do I need that page break? Not sure if that is a good way to separate the information part of the form and the payment side. Looking for another opinion on the look and flow of the form...

    Hi,

You have to embed the form using iframe embed code when you use multi-payment workaround. http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code. This should prevent that field from showing on your form. That field is actually part of your form, it is always hidden by default for security purposes. I believed that's used to deter bots/spammers from auto-submitting the form.

By the way, I just want to remind you that your current setup is not the same as the multi-payment workaround. Note that each form works independently. The data entered on the main form will not be captured unless the submit button is part of the main form. The submit button only captures the form data from where it belongs to, in other words, if the submit button is on the payment form, once you submit the form, only the payment form will be submitted and captured excluding the main form.

Hope this clarifies a bit. Thanks!
