My company is based quarterly, so we take student sign ups only four or five months during the year. During this time, we will soon need a paid subscription with Jot Form, because we will go over the 100 monthly submissions. However, during the other seven or eight months of the year, we hardly use any submissions. Is it possible to pay for one month, then cancel for two months, then pay again, cancel again, etc?

I think the monthly plan would be best suited for this since it allows you much better control over it as needed. You can basically upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time as you see fit with your needs.
You'll be able to upgrade say for the whole month of April in example then if you didn't need it in May just cancel it after you purchase for the next thirty days. Our system would recognize this and let your plan run its course for the full 30 days you paid for then automatically downgrade you.
Then in June, July, August you could easily pick it back up again for 3 months if you needed it for that segment for example but just make sure you cancel it within the last 30 days of the last month that you need it otherwise it would rebill you again for another month on the date of purchase.
