How to add information and different prices to each drop down box

    The easiest why to for you to answer my question is to go to www.autohelprepair.com. On the Service Repair Order you will see a form click on step by step repair, then all the services listed with each service with a different price.

    How can i do this wih jot forms

    Hi AutomotiveRepaironline,

    First of all, thank you for using JotForm.

    You can try JotForm's PayPal integration and see if it helps. With this, you can also inform the user the total amount to be billed. Please refer to the illustrations below.

    Navigate to your form and select Payment tools on the left corner.

    Select a payment gateway and finish the Payment Wizard.

    Select "Sell Products" and "Users can select multiple products".
    Add your services and your done.
    Let's add some customization with your form's appearance. Click "Align" and select "Top"
    Our final output would be like this one shown below.
     
    You can also add JotForm's Conditional Logic. If the user checked a checkbox, other services will appear.

    This is great but i need a few drop down boxes. I tried this but can only do one drop down bow per payment integration. Is there a way to catagorize ech drop down box such as Wiring diagram, Live Srvices, Step by Step Repair, and How to's ?

    You should be able to add as many options as you wish. Just click on Add New Option again on the Payment Wizard: Products page.
