An agency completed a form (they sent me a PDF as proof) however it is not showing on site - could we be at our free max?Asked by ksmiley on April 15, 2014 at 05:14 PM
How do you know if you are at your max for the month of free forms? OR can you explain what went wrong when they hit submit? the form is for Borough ofAvon by the Sea -email@example.com
Upon checking, I found that your account is in good shape. Here are the steps to check your account usages:
1. Sign in to your JotForm account.
2. Click on person looking Icon on top right corner of your screen.
3. You will be able to see the summary of your account usages from here as well.
4. Click on "Account" link.
5. Then click on the "Usages" tab to see the usages information of your account. Please check the screenshot below:
On your question related to the missing submission: I did check your form's submission list but could not find any records related to Sea -firstname.lastname@example.org. The form must have not been submitted. Please be noted that if the pdf was generated that means submission was successful and there is no way that the submission will not be displayed in submission page. Is it possible that it must have been accidently deleted?

Actually what they sent was a copy of the print out. As i dig deeper when she hit submit she now tells me it says website not found and her document disappeared. so I am going to try and reconstruct the application from her printed copy and see what happends.

OKAY - a little frustrated - jsut when i think we are on a rollthere is a glitch. I re-didtheapplication fortheAvon-bythe-Sea. I filled inthe13 pages of infomation. hit next on each page to savethedata. tehn when i got tothelast page. I hit next again. I was ready to sendthem my work around email

sothey could signthedocument. I thought i would go in and double check thatthedata wasthere and it WAS NOT. I clicked onthelink fromtheemail listed above and nothing!!! Eitherthelink doesn't work or something is wacked.... Why does this work some times and some times it does not. I have not changed any thing - I have talked peopel through this andthey have been able to right back totheir form. why is this not working now.

It could be because of your Autofill settings try to Enable autofill and increase the Time To Live. That would be under Preferences > Advanced Settings > Edit Auto Fill settings
