Problem with jotform pay online form

    I just tried to use pay online option : test $1, and it took all info but gave me message: Invalid configuration, "This transaction cannot be processed due to an invalid merchant configuration”

    I tried to look at it i but couldn’t figure out, can you help?

    i dont know where i go to accept paypal billing agreement since most forum posts say i have to do that but i dont know how??

    This kind of problem is related to your PayPal Pro merchant account configuration. All you have to do is to make that you have enabled and agreed to the billing agreement option under PayPal account.

    In either case you may want to contact PayPal and ensure that your account is set up to process Website Payments Pro transactions and that the billing agreement is accepted.
