How can i confirm my downgrade?

    Hello,

     

    I am trying to downgrade my account since i haven't use it since last year and Free is good for me now.

    But even thought it says Your subscription has been cancelled succcessfully, my account states I am Premium user instead of free.

    am i doing something wrong? or maybe i should just wait for the change to be reflected?

    Please let me know if there is any extra item I need to do to cancel.

    Hello Beatriz,

    Upon checking your account, I found that you have successfully cancelled your subscription. You will not be billed again but your account will remain premium for the time you have already paid. Your account will be downgraded to free on April 17, 2014.
