Unable to import cognito form

Also I am trying to clone/import a cognito form that is not importing at all. here is the form link :

Can you import this form into my account? I am the owner of this cognito form and can change anything on it if you need me to.

It seems that Jotform doesn't support importing Cognito forms natively. I was, however, successful in importing all the fields(except the field that collects SSN as that is not allowed with Jotform and minus the overall style of the form) by downloading the Cognito form as PDF and imported it to Jotform.

You can clone the form and apply your own styling by using the Advanced Designer or by injecting your CSS code.
