Duplicate Submissions

Now having other problem, I down load app but i find out the Form having repeated info as attach file

Thank you for reaching out.

It seems your form is getting resubmitted this is why you are getting duplicated submissions. If the user opens their browser again with the submit page link still there, the form will get resubmitted.

Please try any one of the following methods to avoid resubmitting your form.

As mentioned by my colleague, it would be advisable to add a captcha field and set unique submissions on your form to prevent multiple/duplicate submissions.

Making these changes to your form would be easier if you use a desktop computer instead of a phone device.
