Payment failed: Unable to upgrade account

    Hi Team,

    I am unable to upgrade my account due to payment failed.

    even I have tried more then two cards and also using my Paypal account,

    but no response of successful payment message. My all cards are already activated for international transactions.

    Kindly revert.
