Yesterday we upgraded our account from Free to Premium, however, it seems that this hasn't come through, or the wrong account has been updated.
My intention was to update the account for user name techcommsmyob with the email email@example.com
Can you look into this for me. We've reached our limit and this is now quiet urgent!
