Hello some of the form submissions are not showing up..

    Hi,

    I can see that there are 11 submissions on the only form on your account. Have you received a Notifications email on these missing submissions? Can you please share with us the notification email or the email address of the users with the missing submission? You could also share with us the submission your user has shared so that we can check it at our end.

    You can also try to create a new Table Tab of the form and see if the missing submissions will show up.

    I have recalculated your total submissions. Can you please check if the Form submissions are still missing?

    Hello i need help, what is happening with my jotform account? i cannot log in to my computer with it and my FORM is disabled..


    I really need it to be live asap

    Hello, There are around 10 submissions right now that after they have submitted, indication was "FORM DISABLED" please, make abrupt response for this. My survey was long and people actually invested more than 45 minutes of their time on it.


    Is there any way to retrieve all of it??? and where is the data stored? Please when can I get a proper response after?

    I have more than 7 answers from my team that when they reached the end, the form is disabled.

    I am tremendously disappointed this happened to them. I could have upgraded but with this experience I am now frightened to use your app.imagine the frustration those people got when they answered my around 30++ questions and having them to go to that disabled form page.


    is there any way you couls retrieve their answers????? Please advise asap

    Hello,

    Sorry for the inconvenience.

    Please note that when the form gets disabled, it will not store or record responses. In fact the form itself will not be accessible.

    As far as I can see there are a total of 14 submissions received for this form in your account. Were you expecting more?

    Unfortunately, you will need to ask your users to submit again.
