I have a four page form and I would like the first name and last name from the first page to populate on other pages of the same form so client doesn't have to fill their name out on every page.

    Hello woodburywaves,

Yes it is possible to achieve your requirement. You can take advantage of our "Insert Text Or Mathematical Calculation into field" feature which can be found under "Conditions". The following guide should help you: Please be noted that you can only send the output to a normal textbox field and not to First name / Last name field. You will need to replace the name fields with normal textbox fields.

Please take a look at the following cloned form and see if this is what you want to achieve: Feel free to clone this form for a closer look. The following guide should help you in form cloning:

Thank you for your answer.  How do I prepopulate the same text fields to a second area of the form?  Currently, you have helped me prepopulate the swimmer names on page 2 of my form, but can I prepopulate the names on page 3 also?  I tried to put another condition to out put on page 3 fields but it didn't work.

    Here is the updated form.

You will need to open your second condition, and re-add the [swimmerName13] field value in a text format. To set that text format, open Advanced Options, enable 'Insert field as text instead of numeric.' option, and then re-add the field.

(when the field is set to text format it has a gray background - see above screenshot)

The third condition can be deleted.
