My forms no longer display answers.

    I just went to my inbox to print out some recent forms. None of my forms are showing any answers. This has never happened before. Even forms that I printed out over the last few years are no longer displaying the answers.

    Since then, I sent a report about your problem to our developers for further checking and fixing.

    Once we receive something from them - we will surely reply back to you.

    I still have not heard back from you to resolve the problem I reported almost three weeks ago.

    NOW I HAVE A NEW, MORE SERIOUS PROBLEM!!


    A customer just emailed me that they completed the form I sent them, and when they got to the end, there was no way to submit or send me the form. I went online and completed a form myself to see if I could discover their problem. I, too, was not able to submit the form. There was no button to go to the NEXt page or submit the form.


    I NEED THIS TO BE ADDFERSSES RIGHT AWAY - it is critical to my business.
