Images being deleted

Im having an issue where I am pasting images into the text section of an input table. The images remain where they should while I'm working on the specific table I'm on but once I click a new one or publish the form it will in most cases delete the images. In some cases the image will stay but then if I look at the form from the link as if I was using the form there are no images.
