    The form was in a document that was sent to the email address. The problem
    is the form is asking for a code verification and the code is sent to the
    email address. In order to get the verification code I have to exit the
    form and when I try to get back in the form to put in the code the form is
    no longer there and so I have to start the process again with the same
    result. I am using an I-Pad. How can I go from one to the other and not
    lose the form. Thank you. Ida

    Hey there,

    If you're filling the form on Safari, do you go back to the tab of the form?

    Let's say, you click on the "Send Verification" button, then you go to the Gmail app (home button>Gmail) and then you go back to safari (Double click home button>safari)

    When you do it like so, does the form comes empty?

    Can you please try filling the form on a computer?
