Account Suspended: Cannot Sign In & Form Was Disabled

    I'm getting an "Error occurred. Please try again later" message when I try to sign in. My account froze when I was trying to sign up for the silver upgrade. Simultaneously, my petition form was disabled; likely because it exceeded the submission limit. Please help me get into my account. I need access to that form asap. Thank you.

    Another customer support person told me it was due to an antiphishing program. But it's not phishing; it's just a simple petition using the Jotform petition template.

    It is very time sensitive and I'm incredibly disappointed with this platform in how this was handled.

    I hope that it can be restored quickly.
