Unable to open the photos that clients provide on my form from my email - only from your website

    When I receive a completed form from the "Free Seint Color Match" I am unable to see the photos from my email that my clients submitted on the form, only when I am on your website or app. When I click on the photos it says the page I am looking for cannot be found. See the screenshot attached. I would like to be able to see these pics from the form from my email.

    Kindly, try to change your privacy settings for Jotform:

    1. Go to your Account Settings
    2. Uncheck the checkbox Require log-in to view uploaded files
