I just tested one of my form and while I have all the emails confirming the Paypal payment did come through in my Paypal account the submissions still shows the payment as not processed or received.
Can you clarify the timing of the submission vs the payment vs the recognition of the payment?

Once the payment is successfully, it should instantly be available in your submission list.
Do you mean to say that you have received the payment on PayPal but the submission still shows in the "Incomplete Payments"?
Upon checking your form's submission records, I found that you have one submission in "Incomplete Payments" list. Please check the screenshot below:
If you have received the payment in your PayPal account and also received the confirmation from PayPal, that means that IPN (Instant Payment Notification) is disabled in your PayPal account.
I would suggest you to please check your PayPal account and ensure that IPN is enabled. IPN setting can be found under Profile > Instant Payment Notification preferences. Please check the screenshot below:
That should solve your problem.
Do get back to us if enabling IPN does not solve your problem.
