disbaled form

    I just upgraded my account to premium one hour ago but the form is still disabled.  This is the second time I upgraded the account (Last night, I did the same thing but the form was disabled. Then, I was told I will receive refund and should purchase the premium one more time).  My account number is ruixia21@gmail.com

    Hi Rui,

    Kindly refer to this thread instead for updates - http://www.jotform.com/answers/36264-jotform-disabled?entrymessage=10732640770. As stated there, the JotForm username should be ruixia. This incinsistency might have caused your last two payments to fail.
