When setting an expiration date for a coupon, when does it actually expire on that date?

I am using the Authorize.net payment form on one of my forms and I have added a coupon code.  One of the options for the coupon code is to add an expiration date.  My question about the expiration date is...when does the coupon code actually expire?  If I add the date (which I did) of 21-04-2014, does the coupon expire at midnight on the 20th of April 2014, or does it expire at midnight on the 21st of April 2014?

    Side note:

It would be nice if you could enter a time on a certain day that the coupon would expire.

I have asked our developers to advice on the exact time of expiry - I believe with time-zone's calendar discrepancies - this might require their counsel.

We will update this thread upon a response.

    Thank you for your patience.

The coupon will expire at 0.00Hr on the set date.

This means the coupon will be available untill 0.00Hr of the expiration date.

The time is dependent on the Time-Zone setting in your Jotform account.

I have opened a separate feature request ticket to Implement the ability to allow the time setting as well.

The Ticket is found here: http://www.jotform.com/answers/363614-It-would-be-nice-if-you-could-enter-a-time-on-a-certain-day-that-the-coupon-would-expire-#
