Download Forms to PDF

When I download a completed form from the spreadsheet, the PDF with our letterhead does not include all of the information on the form. In order to see all of the information on a form I have to click "View" form and print that form as a PDF. This print out is not as nice as the PDF but included all of the information.

Did you try to create a new PDF from the PDF editor? Creating a new PDF will update all the fields on the form.
