Form Unavailable: Please activate

    Hi,


    I have created a form with an approval flow and approval report for my organisation. I am attempting to share this with colleagues, however the form preview just shows "unavailable". I also cannot print or download the approval report sample- the request times out.

    I have enabled the form, and am not sure what else I have done wrong?

    I can new view the form, thank you. I still cannot download or print the PDF approval form document though- I think I am trying on the test submission?
