Submit button: insert a calling url

As well as having a redirect url when clicking on submit, I need to insert this calling url which any leads is sent to https://usync01.lsbf.org.uk/AffiliateGetForm?Email=test@test.com&FirstName=test&LastName=test&Telephone=123123123123&LGFormID=100216&WebSource=facebook&WebCampaign=TLG-Educate-Direct-Facebook 

The form is called FB - LSBF Language Gallery - 2014 and to clairfy I want to keep the thank you url but also want the url above to be added for leads to go to the clients CRM system.

Would you be able to tell me how to do this - is this possible to do?

Hello Michael,

Please be informed that when a form is submitted, it is not possible to send it to two different URL. You will need to make a choice here. Instead of your thank you message, you will have to use "Custom thank you URL" and add the above URL there. 

To achieve your requirement you will have to use the combination of "Field Prepopulate" and "Custom thank you URL" features. Here are the steps:

1. Generate your field pre-populate URL. You need to use the "Field Prepopulate" widget.

2. Add this generated URL in the "Custom URL" thank you page. Following guide should help you:  http://www.jotform.com/help/211-Setting-Up-the-Thank-You-Page

Alternative way is to pass these parameters in your own thank you page which you are using currently. You will have to write your own custom code in this thank you page to read the URL parameters and then post it internally to your CRM.
