Time slot issues

    All of a sudden more than one customer is able to choose a selected time slot. I've had it set to only be one customer per time slot and out of nowhere, I'm getting multiple orders for multiple people during the same time slot and this shouldn't be happening. It should be set for one customer, per time slot. For example, if someone selects 2pm, then 2pm should no longer be available to the next person who tries to select that time.

    Also- I used to be able to delete people's order after I took care of their order and the time slot still be unavailable and I liked it this way, to stay organized. Now when I delete their log after taking care of their order, it is opening that time slot back up and allowing another customer to place an order and this isn't what should be happening. I hope this all makes sense. Please help, this is extremely inconvenient!

    I understand that you wanted to have one customer per appointment slot only.

    I apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you.

    Kindly follow the steps below and let me know if this works or this is what you did:

    1. Create an Appointment slot.
    2. Go to the Settings of the Appointment slot you made. Kindly check the photo attached:

    3. Go to "Advanced" and Kindly choose Group as the Appointment Type. From there, you should be able to choose the maximum attendee per time slot, if you choose to only have 1 attendee per time slot, then kindly type 1.
