Disable date set incorrectly now I’m locked out and can’t change it

    Can someone please help?

    my login has been suspended as for some reason it wasn’t picking up my password

    I did check your account and found that it is currently suspended as your form is suspected to be used for phishing. Please note that we have an automated anti-phishing filter which scans all forms. It seems our anti-phishing filter by mistake marked one of your email as spam, which triggered your account suspension.

    I did check your form and did not find any issue with that. I have gone ahead and activated your account again. Your form is back online and should work as expected.

    Do test your form again and get back to us if you have any trouble.
