Can a third party submit attachments to submitted forms?

    Hello!

We have recently converted our scholarship paper applications into electronic JotForm applications. These are for high school seniors to complete. Once submitted, we also need to have the guidance office submit their transcript to be reviewed by the Committee.

This has to be a "sealed" transcript and therefore cannot be done by the student. We are trying to figure out the most efficient way to get these transcripts collected.

We could just make a separate file of transcripts for all applications, but thought it might be better to attach them directly to the application.

Is there a way to give our guidance office access to the forms and ask them to attach each individual transcript after the student has submitted it? Thank you for the help!

    Hello, Bobbi.

Thank you for contacting Jotform support.

Yes, you can share your form submission page with your required person. You can set permissions as read-only or collaborator. Here's a detailed guide on how you can set it up.

How to Share Your Jotform Tables and Collaborate

I recommend you set up notification email in your form. This will automatically have an edit submission link at the bottom of the email. When the user submits the form, you will get the notification email with the edit link. You can click the link and edit the submission.
