How to set up emails on an Approval Workflow?

    I am looking to have the same form created multiple times and be assigned to a different person. In total I should have 9 forms. I know I can clone them. I am just having trouble getting them assigned in Follow Up boss.

    Once submitted the person's form will be flowing into Follow Up Boss, but I need each respective form to come from and be assigned to the agent of whose form it is.

    Can you direct me how to set this up on the email distribution side? I have a "template form" already created, but this automatically assigns it to my email address in follow up boss which is not correct.

    You can set this up in the Wokflow itself:


    You can customize the Sender name


    And you can create a condition accordingly. See the demo example (not a real scenario)

    Thanks for this - just a little confused now.

    I have all my forms created and flowing into follow up boss when they are being submitted. I now need to have followup boss recognize each form by whose form it is.

    For example:

    Andrew - Open House Form

    When it is filled out and submitted, we do not need it approved. We just need it to automatically flow to follow up boss with all the information and have follow up boss recognize the agent as Andrew with his email address (

    When speaking to our Follow Up Boss rep he advised the below:

    His notifications just need to be sent to This lead will then be pulled into his FUB account automatically. When creating a form you are given the option of where to send the lead notification.

    Can you help me with this?

    Instead of creating the Approval Workflow, I would advise you to make the Notification Email, adding an****@teamfra******.com as the email recipient. Kindly check the following guide:
